At the core of everything we do, we just want to be happy. This is because happiness has been shown to have numerous benefits, such as improved personal and professional relationships, enhanced productivity at work, and promoting better health and greater longevity.
However, we’ve been conditioned to believe happiness is something you search for outside yourself in your possessions, positions, titles, degrees, relationships, and experiences. Happiness is a point of arrival instead of a state of being. “I’ll only be happy when …” or “I won’t be happy until …” are phrases we complete in different areas of our lives. We all want to be happy, but being happy is very different than feeling happy.
I am here to clarify the misconceptions about happiness and help people to understand how they can still be happy even when their external circumstances may not be exactly the way they want them to be at this moment.
I share simple and effective strategies and practices that anyone can integrate into their daily life to help them reconnect with the love and happiness within them. For when we are connected to our authentic selves, we know that happiness is our essential nature. It’s a state of being rather than a state of mind or transient emotion. Happiness is the core of who we are, and it is impossible to ever lose the happiness within you.
