My life’s purpose is to make the world a happier place, a mission I fulfill through the many avenues of my work and service. As a certified life coach pursuing a Ph.D. in transpersonal psychology with a dissertation on inner happiness, I share the science and the true spiritual nature of happiness with my clients. I have inspired audiences globally to live their happiest lives by speaking on multiple TEDx stages, co-authoring four bestselling books, writing internationally, editing a Canadian lifestyle magazine, and hosting TV and radio shows, including “The Steps to Happiness Show with Teresa Greco” on Soulivity TV.

I founded Steps to Happiness Coaching, a personal development company where I offer speaking engagements, one-on-one life coaching, and corporate and group workshops, all aimed at mentoring individuals and organizations to find more happiness, fulfillment, and love in their lives. My goal is to empower people to unlock their inner power, purpose, and potential, allowing them to reach new heights and live the life of their dreams.

With a master’s degree in education, my over 25 years of experience as an educator and educational technologies consultant have allowed me to make a meaningful difference in the lives of both educators and students with learning disabilities. By integrating my life coaching expertise, I support students in overcoming barriers, building confidence, and realizing their potential while helping educators foster joy and fulfillment through “Happiness at Work” workshops.

As a trained reiki master, meditation and soul coach, intuitive channel, and spiritual guide, I support my clients through energy healing sessions and coaching programs that provide clarity, remove blocks, heal dis-ease, and help them connect with their own inner wisdom, peace, and joy.

There was a time in my life when I felt deeply unhappy and unfulfilled. It was through the transformative power of self-love, courage, and unwavering commitment to personal growth that I reclaimed my life, uncovering my true, authentic self and a new profound sense of purpose. This journey ignited a passion within me to guide others along their own path to healing and fulfillment. Many believe happiness is something you search for outside yourself in your possessions, positions, titles, degrees, relationships, and experiences. Happiness is a point of arrival instead of a state of being. “I’ll only be happy when …” or “I won’t be happy until …” are phrases we complete in different areas of our lives. We all want to be happy, but being happy is very different than feeling happy. To feel happy is to view happiness as a transient emotion when circumstances in your life are going well for you, you’ve achieved a personal or professional goal, or you’re participating in activities you enjoy. This is pleasure, which is short-lived, for when such things take a turn for the worse, happiness is gone. When we are connected to our authentic selves, we know that happiness is our essential nature. It’s a state of being rather than a state of mind and choosing positive thoughts. Happiness is the core of who we are, and it is impossible to lose the happiness within you.

To be happy, you need to be present and reconnect with the joy at your core. You need to remove the blocks to your happiness, and the principles and practices in my coaching program can help you do that. They are simple and effective strategies you can integrate into your daily life to help you love and nurture all aspects of yourself to reconnect with the love, peace, and happiness within you.
